Vanilla Avocado Keto Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup packed spinach, washed
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup vanilla milk (alternative milk with vanilla flavor)
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil (melted coconut oil)
- A little bit of water (to adjust consistency)
- Stevia (optional, for sweetness)
- Optional: Protein powder (if desired)
Instructions:
- Start by preparing the spinach. Ensure it is thoroughly washed.
- Measure 3/4 cup of almond milk and 1/4 cup of vanilla milk and pour them into a blender.
- Cut the avocado in half, removing the pit. Scoop out the flesh of half an avocado and add it to the blender.
- Add 1 tablespoon of MCT oil (if it’s solidified, melt it before use) to the blender.
- Optionally, add protein powder if desired for additional nutrition.
- Add a splash of water to adjust the smoothie to your preferred consistency.
- Blend all the ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
- Taste the smoothie, and if desired, add Stevia to sweeten it according to your preference.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy as part of your breakfast or during your intermittent fasting window.
