4 Healthy Breakfast Smoothies for kids (and adults). These are breakfast drinks for kids and also a great way to get some hidden veg into their diet! I hope you like the video x RECIPES: Green Monster Smoothie:

  • 1 cup of your favourite milk
  • 1 big handful of baby spinach
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 a cup of frozen Mango (optional)
  • tbsp of Almond Butter (optional)

Beetroot & Strawberry Smoothie:

  • 1/2 a cooked beetroot
  • 1/3 cup of natural yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of milk (add more if needed)
  • 1 frozen banana (cut into chunks)
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 handful of baby spinach

Mango & Carrot Smoothie

  • 1 and a half cups of orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of mango chunks
  • 1 cup of frozen carrots

Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 big handful of baby spinach
  • 1 cup of your favourite milk
  • 1 heaped tbsp of oats
  • 1 tbsp of almond or another nut butter (optional)
