Vanilla Avocado Keto Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup packed spinach, washed
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla milk (alternative milk with vanilla flavor)
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil (melted coconut oil)
  • A little bit of water (to adjust consistency)
  • Stevia (optional, for sweetness)
  • Optional: Protein powder (if desired)

Instructions:

  1. Start by preparing the spinach. Ensure it is thoroughly washed.
  2. Measure 3/4 cup of almond milk and 1/4 cup of vanilla milk and pour them into a blender.
  3. Cut the avocado in half, removing the pit. Scoop out the flesh of half an avocado and add it to the blender.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of MCT oil (if it’s solidified, melt it before use) to the blender.
  5. Optionally, add protein powder if desired for additional nutrition.
  6. Add a splash of water to adjust the smoothie to your preferred consistency.
  7. Blend all the ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
  8. Taste the smoothie, and if desired, add Stevia to sweeten it according to your preference.
  9. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy as part of your breakfast or during your intermittent fasting window.

This recipe is designed to be part of a keto diet plan with an emphasis on healthy fats from avocado and MCT oil, while avoiding the use of sugar to maintain low carb intake.
