Green Goddess Reboot Smoothie


2️⃣ Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kale leaves (stems removed)
  • ½ green apple (cored)
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • ½ inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled)
  • ½ lemon (peeled)
  • 1 cup cold water or unsweetened coconut water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

3️⃣ Blend Instructions:

  1. Add kale, pineapple, apple, lemon, ginger, and water to your blender.
  2. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add ice and blend again if you prefer a thicker, colder consistency.
  4. Pour into a tall glass, garnish with a pineapple wedge, and sip slowly.
