- 1 cup kale leaves (stems removed)
- ½ green apple (cored)
- ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
- ½ inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled)
- ½ lemon (peeled)
- 1 cup cold water or unsweetened coconut water
- Ice cubes (optional)
3️⃣ Blend Instructions:
- Add kale, pineapple, apple, lemon, ginger, and water to your blender.
- Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until creamy and smooth.
- Add ice and blend again if you prefer a thicker, colder consistency.
- Pour into a tall glass, garnish with a pineapple wedge, and sip slowly.
