Strongest Fat Burner Drink Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lemon (juiced; keep half the skin on if preferred)
  • 1 Lime (juiced; keep half the skin on if organic)
  • 4 tablespoons of Ginger (peeled and chopped)
  • 4 oz Cucumber (peeled)
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar (optional, avoid if breastfeeding)
  • 12 Cups of Water

Instructions:

  1. Preparation:
    • If your cucumbers are non-organic, peel them to remove any preservatives.
    • Leave the skin on your lime if it’s organic for added nutritional benefits.
    • Peel your ginger and chop it into smaller pieces.
  2. Blending:
    • Add the lemon juice, lime juice, chopped ginger, peeled cucumber, and chopped apple into a blender.
    • Add 2 cups of water and blend until smooth.
  3. Straining:
    • Use a sieve to strain the blended mixture into a large container to remove any pulp.
  4. Mixing:
    • Add the remaining water to the strained mixture to reach a total of 12 cups.
    • If desired, add apple cider vinegar and mix well.
  5. Serving:
    • Pour one cup of the mixture and squeeze in a little more lemon juice if desired.
    • You can drink this beverage throughout the day:
      • In the morning (on an empty stomach or after meals)
      • In the afternoon
      • In the evening before bed
