Strongest Fat Burner Drink Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Lemon (juiced; keep half the skin on if preferred)
- 1 Lime (juiced; keep half the skin on if organic)
- 4 tablespoons of Ginger (peeled and chopped)
- 4 oz Cucumber (peeled)
- 1 Granny Smith Apple (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar (optional, avoid if breastfeeding)
- 12 Cups of Water
Instructions:
- Preparation:
- If your cucumbers are non-organic, peel them to remove any preservatives.
- Leave the skin on your lime if it’s organic for added nutritional benefits.
- Peel your ginger and chop it into smaller pieces.
- Blending:
- Add the lemon juice, lime juice, chopped ginger, peeled cucumber, and chopped apple into a blender.
- Add 2 cups of water and blend until smooth.
- Straining:
- Use a sieve to strain the blended mixture into a large container to remove any pulp.
- Mixing:
- Add the remaining water to the strained mixture to reach a total of 12 cups.
- If desired, add apple cider vinegar and mix well.
- Serving:
- Pour one cup of the mixture and squeeze in a little more lemon juice if desired.
- You can drink this beverage throughout the day:
