Muscle Building Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic local strawberries: Fresh or frozen.
  • 1 frozen banana: Slice before freezing for easy blending.
  • 1 cup raw milk: Substitute with pasteurized milk or milk alternative if raw milk is unavailable.
  • 2 tablespoons local organic honey: Ensure it’s pesticide-free for best results.
  • 1 teaspoon creatine: Optional, for enhanced muscle and mental performance.
  • 1 scoop animal-based complete protein powder: Choose one with grass-fed beef protein and no fillers.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Blender: Use a stainless steel blender top to avoid any microplastics.
  2. Combine Ingredients:
    • Place strawberries, frozen banana, and honey in the blender.
    • Add raw milk and creatine.
    • Finish with a scoop of the protein powder.
  3. Blend:
