Ingredients:
- 1 cup of pasteurized egg whites (26g protein)
- 2/3 cup of organic Greek yogurt (18g protein)
- 1 cup of a four-berry blend (raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, and blackberry)
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tablespoons of hemp hearts (10g protein)
- Vanilla extract (to taste)
- Organic cinnamon (about 2 teaspoons, or to taste)
- 6 to 8 ounces of milk or milk alternative (e.g., raw kefir)
- 1.5 tablespoons of allulose (or to taste)
- Optional: additional stevia for extra sweetness
- Ice cubes and a little water (optional, for thickness and temperature)
Instructions:
- Add 1 cup of egg whites to your blender.
- Include 2/3 cup of Greek yogurt.
- Add 1 cup of the berry blend.
- Incorporate 1/2 avocado.
- Mix in 2 tablespoons of hemp hearts.
- Add vanilla extract to your taste preference.
- Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of cinnamon or adjust to taste.
- Pour in 6 to 8 ounces of your preferred milk or milk alternative.
- Sweeten with 1.5 tablespoons of allulose, adding more stevia if you desire extra sweetness.
- Blend all ingredients to your desired consistency, adding ice cubes and a little water for thickness and to chill the smoothie if preferred.
