  6. Add the spinach or cabbage, oranges, ginger, lemon slices, lime juice, and 2 cups of water into a blender.
  7. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth.
  8. Pour the smoothie into cups and consume one cup in the evening and the remaining cup the next morning on an empty stomach.
